30-Day Worry-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return — plenty of time to try your SurgeVibe gear in your living room and make sure it's the perfect fit.

Eligibility

• Unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging 

• Proof of purchase required 

• For hygiene reasons, opened supplements (electrolyte tablets) and earbuds cannot be returned

How to Start a Return (3 Simple Steps)

1. Email SurgeVibe@outlook.com with your order number — we reply within 24 hours 

2. Once approved, we’ll send you a FREE prepaid return shipping label (USPS/UPS) 

3. Print the label, drop off the package — done!

The exact address will be on your free return label. Please do not ship without it.

The fastest way: return your item and place a new order — we’ll send you a 15% off code for the replacement.

Refunds

• We inspect returns within 5–7 business days of arrival 

• Refunds issued within 1 business day of approval 

• Money back to original payment method within 3–10 business days 

If 15 business days pass with no refund, reply to your email — we’ll fix it immediately.
