Shipping Policy – US & Canada Only

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states + PO Boxes) and Canada.  
International shipping coming in 2025 – join the waitlist for updates.

Shipping Times & Costs
◦ Orders over $50 → FREE Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)  
◦ Orders under $50 → Flat $6.99 Standard Shipping  

◦ Express Upgrade → $14.99 (1–3 business days) – selectable at checkout

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  
Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Delivery Estimates (from the day it ships)
◦ Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (US) | 5–12 business days (Canada)  
◦ Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (US) | 3–6 business days (Canada)  
* Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.  
You can also view real-time tracking in your account → Orders.

Customs & Duties (Canada)
Canadian orders)
Orders to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  
These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.  
If it’s truly lost or delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at support@surgevibe.store – we’ll make it right (reship or full refund).

Occasionally an item may be on pre-order. Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
